Breakthrough Coaching offers a dynamic and in-depth online experience for those wanting to learn techniques needed to overcome anxiety and feelings of being overwhelmed. The benefits of life coaching will be feeling more capable and competent.
Who is this coaching for?
Life coaching is for the professional who needs to master their coping skills as they struggle with their self-confidence, opposing personal and professional integrity, and ever-changing company directives.
Life coaching is for parents feeling overwhelmed by the challenge of family life. Moms and dads can quickly feel bogged down and get discouraged as they struggle with the chaos that home life, kids, schedules, and other family responsibilities can put into motion–often at the expense of neglecting themselves in the process.
Life coaching is for individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, and a general feeling of being overwhelmed by life. Wanting to find relief instead of letting anxiety immobilize them, zap their motivation, and sabotage their healthy thinking for their future.
READY TO GET STARTED?
Breakthrough Life Coaching offers two options to meet your preference–weekly personal coaching or groups for professionals and parents provided several times throughout the year.
- Personal coaching offers six weekly appointments that are set at the most convenient times for both of us. This is for the individual or professional who desires more one-on-one support to help you improve performance and build the skills to achieve the outcomes you need to feel and be successful. - Groups are held throughout the year for parents who are struggling with anxiety. Groups for parents provide incredible energy and collective wisdom, helping you connect with other like-minded parents who may struggle with overwhelm, anxious thinking, and feelings of low motivation and drive. These groups are six weeks long. Each week we will meet to discuss another topic. Click here to see the upcoming group schedule.
